What stays with the place

Don’t walk the room from scratch. The shutoff is already circled.

A memory point is a mark on a photo plus a short note. The next visit opens with it at the top of the passport.

The panel, the hatch, the rack — named once, found again.

Zones group the equipment. Readings sit next to the model and the serial, not in a separate notebook.

The report describes the work. The access code stays on the device.

A finished visit can become a PDF of tasks and notes. Protected notes are not copied into that file.

Privacy

Site Memory stores site passports, visit notes, equipment readings, and photos on the iPhone or iPad you use. The journal is not uploaded to a server operated for this app. Photos and notes remain in local storage on that device. Access codes, when you save them, sit in the device’s protected store and are omitted from exported visit reports. The camera is used only when you take a photo for a site, a piece of equipment, or a visit. Face ID, if you enable it, unlocks a private note on that same device and does not send the note anywhere. Deleting the app removes the local journal with it. This page describes that handling so you can review it before you install.

Mail is read on business days. Replies cover the app itself. Site data stays on your device, so a visit or a photo cannot be looked up from here.
